Cameron Orr is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Utah and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). He is also a Certified Fluid Power Hydraulics Specialist (CFPHS) and a Mobile Equipment Trainer through IVES Training Group. These certifications reflect formal recognition of technical expertise, safety knowledge, and professional standards in mechanical and heavy equipment systems.
With years of practical experience in the design, analysis, testing, and operation of heavy equipment, Cameron brings both technical depth and practical insight to his work as an expert witness. He has significant experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as a wide variety of machinery, including forklifts, skid steer loaders, aerial lifts, dump trucks, trailers, and specialized industrial equipment.
Since 2015, Cameron has been retained on over 80 cases, providing technical analysis, detailed reporting, depositions, and testimony at trial. Jacob Morrise brings 18 years of experience in consumer product design and development across a wide range of industries, including baby products, gun safes, medical testing equipment, antennas, speakers, RFID-enabled devices, and more. He holds a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering and has extensive experience managing the full product development lifecycle, from early-stage concept development and engineering design through prototyping, testing, and production support. His work is driven by a practical, solutions-oriented engineering approach focused on functionality, safety, manufacturability, and real-world performance.
In addition to his engineering background, Jacob has been named as an inventor on six issued patents spanning both utility and design innovations across multiple industries. His patents include technologies related to compact folding stroller systems, impact driver mechanisms, secure firearm storage devices, IoT database architecture, and locking systems. This patented work reflects his ability to solve complex engineering challenges through innovative product design and technical problem-solving.
Jacob’s hands-on product development experience also supports his work as an expert witness in product liability and intellectual property matters.
